Price
Our price exclude shipping and handling. All other charges (import duty, insurance) are payable by the customer. We charge you as-per-actual for these expenses.

Order
Upon receiving your order by e-mail, we will issue a sales confirmation (proforma invoice) along with estimated production time.
• We and other handicraft manufacturers rarely keep stocks, everything is made to order.
• Once you confirmed your order we can not accept any cancellation.
• There is no minimum order.

Shipping
We are supplier not shipper
• The shipping charges are calculated on basis of city of delivery, and total weight of the goods. We shall calculate the exact shipping expenses and let you know by email.
• You have the choice of the shipping company, air or sea freight.
• Wrong shipping address, zip code, or any other information submitted by the customer so that it will bear additional charges, will be on customer’s account.
• Delivery time can vary and no standard lead-time can be guaranteed. We can give you an approximate time when you order

Packing
Please clarify for a special method of packing before we issue proforma invoice.

Payment
The customer pays 50% in advance as confirmation of order. After the goods are manufactured and ready for shipment, the customer should clear the rest 50%.
• We can accept payment in Indonesian Rupiah, US-Dollar, or Euros
• We provide the following payment methods:

3. Western Union

Guarantee for Products
We do not guarantee products againts breakage, spoilling, damage, or damp during transport from our production houses to destination. Buyer must have insurance to bear all risk during shipment.

Return and Refund Policy
The goods one sold will not be taken back under any circumstances unless and otherwise the goods sent are the item other than the ordered. Either replacement or a full refund will be given for this mistake.
